How do forever 21 jeans fit

Whether shopping online or in-store, size charts are often incorrect or irrelevant. Major retailers carry tons of different brands in-store and online, yet they only offer one size chart. Why should shoppers accept that in this digital age? Why can't we have a brand-specific size chart for every item on a retailer's website?

Currently, at brands like Forever 21, we're left to guess and pray that the single size chart provided is close enough to whatever piece we're buying.

Despite the fact that Forever 21's size chart goes to a size 22, I wasn't able to size up in this skirt or any other bottom — there was not even one size 22 pant or skirt on the sales floor. So many people define their worth based on the size tag in their jeans. Vanity sizing and inconsistent clothing measurements really affects people.

One day, hopefully, we'll all get past the number on our clothing tags, but even then, shopping for your size shouldn't be this much of a guessing game! Forever 21 and a cast of other retailers need to expand and stabilize their sizes.
