I went into another game. No SG, only an M4A1 with no attachments. I started getting seriously worried, and checked my level in the scoreboard. I couldn't see it. Well, I couldn't see anybody's rank. I quit the game again, went to check my stats at the main menu. Well, I was still rank 48 or something close, I can't recall.

Just to be sure, I restarted the game and double checked. Lo and behold, I had been reset to level one. At first, I was enraged at EA for resetting my stats, but I've since calmed down and hope to find a solution to this issue.

I've done nothing wrong as far as I can tell. I don't have Premium, so the option to reset my stats isn't available; that can't be it. I've never boosted, hacked, or cheated. I've also recieved no information from EA regarding the reset, so I'm beginning to believe that my stats were reset illegitimately. I'm not really sure if there's even a way to get them back, but I'd at least like to know what happened. I've logged over a hundred hours, so getting that back would be wonderful.
